Don't forget to thank a Vet today. During Officer Training School, a woman came up to me and asked "Has anyone ever told you how much we appreciate what you do for our country?" That she would go out of her way to say thanks - even though I was still in training and hadn't actually done anything for my country yet - meant a lot.
