Can Somebody Please 'Splain to Me

Why Starbucks' Marionberry* cake is a "seasonal" item, while the [vastly inferior] Marionberry Lowfat Muffins are not?

* A variant of the blackberry. Not to be confused with Marion Barry, former mayor of D.C. Or even Marion Berry, Representative of Arkansas' First District.

Comments:
I was disappointed to find that the molasses cookie was seasonal. What's wrong with wanting a molasses cookie in a month other than December? Sigh. Just further confirmation that Starbucks is, indeed, evil.

Does the Marionberry get you high? Because I'm pretty sure the Marion Barry does.
