Query

Has anyone, in the history of mankind, been able to empty out a 3 hole punch without spilling confetti all over the floor?

FYI. My study area might be a little messy right now.

Yes, but it required a trash recepticle at least 3 feet in diameter AND you have to have the hole puncher below the lid of the trash can.

Even then it is a 50-50 chance of success.
